the one whose big day is nearing

i felt as though it was just yesterday we talked about who is getting hitched first amongst us. and we started to say names, fantasized about how our weddings' gonna be like and what's life gonna be after that. i dont know but i've got mixed feelings about this whole growing up journey. i cannot deny that this is the age where most of us decide to settle down and make big plans for our future. have you ever wish that the clock just stop at a certain time? well, i wish the clock would stop when i was 21.
ok i dont know what im babbling about. all i know is that i love this person whom i called little sister when we were just 13 over a small note so much that i just want the very best for her. maybe i just miss her and our girly quality times so much that i find this whole thing is just too fast. ish, mcm saya ni ibu nak kahwinkan anak eh? Lol.
nonetheless, silently i was actually counting down the days to her big day and everytime i open up my organiser, flipping thru Dec calendar and there their names were written on that particular date. i smiled and i just cannot wait for their big day to come. i know they've been through alot together over these years and i know they deserve nothing but the best on their big day. i pray that everything will be a smooth one and muhd&you will be the most beautiful petite king&queen on the dais. sizzy, i heart you, you know that? =)

Sadly 3 members of MUA didnt manage to join us for jalan raya this year. Azlin has birthday plans for her bf, Syahirah was busy with DeepaRaya as well as some kenduri doa selamat and Aidah SIT has to be home to receive guests.
Thank god Umairah suggested to bring the bfs. The more the merrier. As what Aidah SBM says, it enables the guys to have some bonding session together. Hee!
Doni appears to be shy. Yek eleh pakcik ni. Haha! On a serious note, yeah he is those kind of guys who dont get too close with people he just met. Once dah rapat, habis lah...will become like Wan and him, BROTHERS! -_-
I sooo need to train Doni to take picture. He is sooo hesitant! Aidah SBM and Umairah pls give me some form of training. =p
Anyways todays outing turns out perfectly fine. Enjoyed it a lot. Roslinah, hope you get a job soon and Syahirah, thanks for coming to join us at the last house. Your present is felt greatly even for a short period of time.

tgif rocks my throat!

before we bid farewell the last time we had our raya outz, we planned for our next k-nite. maklum ada
orang tu dah start keje kan. and his work place was just nearby cuppage ctr. so we spent our k-nite there.
just the four of us since the others couldnt make it. back in school, i was already having a mild sorethroat.
felt like sandpaper. it all happened after that ugly temper at the kids. sigh. stubborn me, i still went
ahead with the plan. all i could think of was just to destress. and meeting them and babyku was a good choice. =)
we had our dinner first at a nearby mamak coffeeshop. the guy who served us was super funny. he always got
something up his sleeves to crack us up man. saya kasi sepuluh 'O' sama lu ah mama! bagussss! and have
i ever told you that i simply love a simple dinner over a table with loved ones chatting about anything after work especially?
yes and we did just that. i guess everyone needs just that right? after a long tiring day at work, all you ever want
is to just see your loved ones and update them wassup with work and life. if only all of my beloved friends
live in the same area and i could just give them a call and a simple short meetup at a coffeeshop wont be such a
problem anymore. what a great life will it be then! =)

while the duo was rocking their hearts out, the ladies were having a crazy time of their own. Lol!
the guys wanted to join in the fun as well. actually, we dragged them in lah. heh. but hey, they're loving it too. =)

raya boomz!

our annual AG Geng Raya was a bang! they never fail to make me go crazy and laugh so hard till the end of the day.
but the only mistake we did was to have it on a sunday. yes, on a SUNDAY. we reached home in the wee hours. like 12-ish in the morning.
we had hangover the following monday at work/school.
KEMALASAN DAN KEPENATAN.
nonetheless, we truly had fun being together, doing what we do best all the time. =)
we're a TEAM! Lol!
highlights of the day,

and actually got more highlights but i kinda forgot. tsk.
we had last minute and simple belated burpday surprise for our Mat Rock Adi who turned a year older.
he did not see it coming as we've never had any burpday celebration for him before. truly shocked, he was.
but i wasnt so sure about that coz' apparently babyku seemed to be letting the cat out of the bag when he was on msn with Adi.
SPOILER.
ayu and i had lots of ideas the night before. and me being me thought everything will fall into place just like what we had planned.
the cake - checked. the sabotage - checked. the brooch and most important of all, the collage - ruined!
poor mat. he was forced to put on that tiara. heh. well, it sure looked great on him!
the sabotage. he was the chief of a campaign of "NO SONGKOK FOR RAYA". and so the rest except the sole survivor of
anak seni, Hairul followsuit and decided not to wear songkok just because their hair is their precious asset. tsk.
thankfully, the hairdresser accidentally cut his hair extra short and so, babyku decided to cover up by wearing the songkok. LOL.
just look at the way that Mat sit on the stairs. how sweeeettttt. hahahah. padan muka kau....
every year, there will always be a pair of couples who wears the same shade of colours. =)
i love these photos especially the second one so much just because they looked as if they were taken in overseas. heh.
i love candid. =) but this candid was truly madness. pooor babyku!
and i love all the couple shots toooo...and they're all taken at such an APPROPRIATE place hor?
who says beautiful pictures can only be done in studios? hahahaha.

3 years had passed and look where we are now. =)
browsing through the old photos of ours just made me realise at how much we have grown up into (not matured though!) adults.
from the NIE days to Asmaradana days to fighting our way through the real teaching world to our dear idayu&hairul
taking their baby steps. =) in 49 days, they are going to take their relationship to another level.
im so proud of them and cant wait for the DAY. hee.

hey yok jalan raya bersama BFF

blueeeeyyy this year. a softer one that is. heh, blue lover i am.
this year hari raya has been the most happiest yet unlucky one for me.
im down with rashes over my arms and thigh. worst i dont even know what's the cause of it.
i dont have any food allergy. i dont remember getting bitten by any bites. i dont remember stepping over that cina
sembahyang thingy. so why?
but today, the bestfriends and babyku have been the most caring and reliable ones that ive always know that i can count on.
after the last house, the rashes were unbearable. i couldnt bear with the itchness any longer that
i had to roll up the sleeve. how unglamourous!
the bestfriends brought me to Alexandra. and gundu me, i didnt bring my IC. i dont know what. ive never been to hospital as a patient.
so i was really so stupid for their trip and effort might have gone to waste. thankfully, the staff said it was ok and registered my name.
there were still some people visiting the doctor afterall in the wee hours. and they must be wondering why the heck a group of people like us donned in raya outfits doing in a hospital at this time. and i was embarrased to publicly show my right arm. it was really red. it was really disgusting. as if im a diseased girl. bleargh.
so yeah, doctor will always be doctor, right? they just take a look and give me an assurance by religiously taking the medicine and applying the lotion and see what happens. duhhhh.
i was hoping to get a jap lah. at least to soothe down the pain and itchness. if not, how to raya like that??? tsk. $75 gone just like that. wth.
and the bestfriends can laugh at me lor. minah kudis. wa lao.
and babyku? you kudis macam mane pun, i tetap sayang you bie...with his irritating smile. -_-
